I inspect your apparel before you pay for defects
I check your batch right at the factory in Guangdong Province: photo & video report, measurements, AQL inspection or your own spec. Your eyes and hands in China.
What goes wrong without an inspection
Sewing defects
Crooked seams, snags, stains, off-cut patterns
Wrong assortment
Wrong sizes, wrong colour or fabric
Bait-and-switch
You get something other than the approved sample
Returns
Defects hit your revenue and marketplace rating
Checking a batch upfront is cheaper than buying back defects, absorbing returns and repairing your marketplace rating.
With a marketplace-ready inspection — Wildberries & Ozon it works the other way:
from defects and wrong assortment
holds up — no drop from bad reviews
the batch passes with no surprises
defects stay with the supplier while your money is safe
What the inspection covers
A full batch-inspection checklist — from the factory visit to the final verdict.
On-site factory visit
I go to the production line or warehouse in person — Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Shantou and other cities across Guangdong
AQL or your own spec
Batch sampling to the international quality standard — or strictly to your requirements
Full control
Seams, fabric, trims, measurements, colour, packaging
Photo & video
A report with real footage on the day of the inspection
A clear verdict
Accept the batch or reject it — no guesswork
Marketplace-ready
I inspect against marketplace requirements — for a clean warehouse intake with no returns
What exactly I check in garments
Not a “generic inspection of any product”, but a deep check of sewn goods — focused on the parameters where a batch actually loses quality.
Measurements (POM)
Length, width, sleeves, fit — against the spec and the approved sample
Seams & stitching (SPI)
Seam straightness and strength, stitch density, snags and skipped stitches
Colourfastness
Dye bleeding and crocking (colourfastness), shade variation across the batch
Fit & symmetry
Symmetry of sleeves, pockets and collar; overall look of the garment
Trims & hardware
Zippers, buttons, snaps, pullers — function and durability
Labels & care tags
Size, composition, care, brand — correct and present
Marketplace labelling
Barcode, mandatory marking, size chart for the listing, hang-tag, packaging and polybag to marketplace requirements
Inspection to the AQL standard
Not “by eye”, but to the international ISO 2859-1 standard: a representative sample is pulled from the batch, defects are split into critical, major and minor — and the batch gets a clear verdict.
Don’t need AQL? I’ll inspect strictly to your own spec and checklist — whatever works for you.
Use the calculator on the right to see how many units to inspect in your batch and how many defects are acceptable →
Inspect 80 units from the lot (code J). The lot is accepted at ≤ 7 defects and rejected at ≥ 8.
Additional services
Not just batch inspection — I also help at the sample and fitting stage.
Home sample testing
Regular clients send garment and lingerie samples to my home. I photograph them in detail and give feedback: fit, workmanship, comfort, how the piece behaves when worn. I highlight flaws, help compare samples and assess fabric quality.
Fit models & try-ons
A roster of fit models across different body types. I arrange try-ons on real people — women and men — so you can see the fit before launching the batch.

I film in detail, compare samples and point out flaws. Sample videos available on request.
How it works
Request
You share the supplier and batch details
Factory visit
I go on-site to inspect and shoot photo & video
Inspection & report
I check to AQL or your spec and give you a decision the same day
All of Guangdong
China’s textile hub. I travel to factories and warehouses in the province’s largest cities — usually within 24–48 hours of your request.
Inspection examples
Real findings on inspected batches — photos from every check.
What my batch report looks like
AQL is a sampling method (how many units of the batch to inspect to the standard), and the inspection report itself looks like this. A summary table for the whole batch — what was checked, how many defects and which defects per item. Plus a size-chart check: real measurements against the spec, with mismatches highlighted.
One defect in a batch costs more
than a hundred inspections
Your inspector in Guangdong
My name is Maria Kuznetsova. I live in Guangzhou and go to the factories in person — I inspect batches on-site, with my own eyes. I also try garments on and test the fit as a model: I look not only at the checklist, but at how the piece actually sits and behaves when worn.
For you, that means your eyes and hands in China: an honest report with photo and video, and a straight verdict — accept the batch or send it back.
